Shipping and Delivery

Items purchased from the DAE Online Store are typically shipped from our warehouses in CA, GA, NY, IL, or FL through our contracted delivery partners.

We offer free delivery and assembly within Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County, California.

For delivery addresses outside these counties, a minimum delivery fee will apply.

Most orders take 2 to 10 business days to arrive, although in rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days depending on product availability, shipping method, and delivery address.

Important Note: Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates. Product availability is not guaranteed, as manufacturers may discontinue items or run out of stock without prior notice.

Damage Liability

DAE and/or its contracted delivery companies are not responsible for any damage to ceilings, floors, walls, or other property that may occur during delivery, as the condition of these areas cannot be assessed beforehand. By accepting our delivery services, you waive any right to claim damages directly against our contracted delivery partners. All delivery damage claims must be submitted directly to DAE.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

Most deliveries occur Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time). Our contracted delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient date and time for your order. In some cases, weekend delivery may be available.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid potential fees.
